Regulations at the schools
In order for the accommodation to be as problem-free as possible, participants must comply with the Norway Cup regulations.
In case of any doubts, these are discussed with the school's own security staff.
The school's own rules are superior to Norway Cup's rules:
- Team leaders are required to familiarize themselves with the fire instructions at the individual school.
- Team leaders will contact the security team upon arrival at the school. The team will arrange accommodation for the team.
- All use of alcohol or other forms of intoxicants is strictly prohibited. It is forbidden to appear on school grounds in a drunken state.
- All smoking must take place outdoors in a designated area.
- Participants must be inside the school before 11:00 p.m. Schools must be quiet between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. There must be at least one responsible leader over the age of 20 for each team in the accommodation room.
- Violation of one or more of these points may result in the team being disqualified and a report will be sent to the team's national association as well as to UEFA.
- Participants bring their own sleeping bag and sleeping mat. Football boots must be removed and cleaned before players enter the school.
- Any equipment that may be in the room must be cleared away by the participants and placed in the designated place. The team is responsible for any damage that may occur.
- It is not permitted to bring food out of the breakfast room without special permission from the security staff. All meals must be taken in the dining room.
- Furthermore, kicking a football is not allowed in the schoolyard. We also ask that teams take into account the school's immediate environment so that good neighborly relations can be maintained.
- The security guards direct the teams' cars or buses to places where they can park.
- Overnight stays in cars or buses on the school grounds are not permitted. Furthermore, caravans are not permitted in the schoolyard. We ask that the team leader review the regulations with the participants, so that we avoid any possible injunctions. The team's contact person is responsible for ensuring that the club immediately upon arrival at the school, contacts our secretariat to check in the team, as well as to receive the latest information and changes to the game program.
