Information about food service at Norway Cup
We would like to inform you about changes in the food service for this year's Norway Cup.
Hot meal for lunch
Starting this year, only hot dishes will be served for lunch . Therefore, bread with toppings will not be served as before. If a packed lunch is needed, this can be prepared at the schools.
Meals and allergies
As in previous years, hot dishes will also be served for dinner.
Allergy-friendly options will be available for those who need them.
Special diet
Participants who have ordered special diets will find their meals in the kitchen where the food is prepared. We have two refrigerators where these dishes are stored, and they will be clearly labeled with the name and team. The deadline for ordering special diets is July 1st.
For those of you with gluten or lactose intolerance/allergies, the food is adapted to this. Lunch and 2 dinner options are served every day, and either one or both dishes are lactose and gluten-free.
For information about allergens, there is also a screen set up just inside the entrance to the food hall, where you will find the information you need.
If you have any further questions about the food, please contact Matglede AS, which you will see when you enter the hall. Participants who have ordered special diets and vegetarian/vegan meals can also pick up their food from Matglede AS, which is located just inside the entrance.
Questions about special diets? Please contact Matglede AS on +47 900 59 556 .
Additional facilities
There is a microwave available that can be used if necessary for special diets.
Meals
Norway Cup serves around 120,000 meals throughout the week. This makes it difficult to cater for all dietary or allergy needs. Meals are included in the accommodation package, and we are therefore unable to offer discounted prices to people who do not eat these foods.
Breakfast is served at our boarding schools between 06:30 and 10:00. Further information will be provided at each school. Lunch and dinner are served in Ekeberghallen.

The first meal is dinner on Saturday in week 30 – 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM.
Other opening hours in Ekeberghallen:
