Only relevant for foreign teams. 

As long as the identification shows that the player is who they claim to be, it is considered valid. This applies even if the identification has expired.

Generally, examples of identification include passports, national ID cards, driver's licenses, and bank cards with photos. Other forms of identification are also possible, but the minimum requirement is that it must contain your name, date of birth, and photo. 

Examples of identification that can be used in Norway Cup include:

• Bank card with photo
• Valid passport
• Copy of passport
• National ID card
• Moped driver's license 
• Driving license

The registration deadline is May 15, 2026. Please note that registration may close before the deadline if the tournament is full.

Registration fee is due upon registration (no refunds). Deadline for payment of all other services is June 1, 2026. 

A team list can have 24 players. To play in the Norway Cup, players must be on the established team list.

Team lists must be entered electronically into the registration system by July 15th. 

The match schedule will be ready before June 20th. 

The first match of the tournament will be played on Sunday, July 26, 2026. NC Kids will begin on Friday, July 31, 2026. Matches will be played from 08:00 – 21:00.

In the age groups 10-12 years, all classes without finals play between 5-7 games. In the age groups 13-19 years, the teams have at least 3 preliminary games, and in addition at least one playoff game.

The top two teams advance to the A-playoffs and the rest of the pool advances to the B-playoffs. The playoffs start on Wednesday, with finals played on Friday and Saturday.

 Finals for 7's and 9's on Friday, while 11's on Saturday. 

Norway Cup is a wide-ranging tournament without division into levels. 

An overview of which school you will be staying at will be posted in Cupmanager around July 1. You can submit a request for which school you would like to stay at, but we cannot promise that everyone will have their wishes fulfilled. Parents/team leaders can take turns staying at the school. They then purchase the number of A-cards for those staying overnight and at the "shift change" incoming/outgoing players must come by the secretariat to exchange their bands. Family members can take advantage of the same offer as participants (hotel accommodation) at the same prices. 

ALL teams, regardless of where they come from, have the opportunity to stay overnight.
