Participant cards and prices

Registration fee is paid upon registration. There is no refund of the registration fee even if you choose to withdraw from the tournament. The deadline for payment of all other services is June 1, 2026.

Entry fee for teams 2026

Teams without accommodation

  • 3v3 football 845 NOK per team
  • 5v5 football 1445 NOK per team
  • 7-a-side football 5490 NOK per team
  • 9-a-side and 11-a-side football 6200 NOK per team

Teams with accommodation (A and H cards) 

  • 2500 NOK per team

Norway Cup has a collaboration with Thon Hotel regarding hotel accommodation for our participants and visitors. This accommodation package only applies to teams staying overnight for the entire week. This means that everyone who takes advantage of this offer must pay full price even if they choose to shorten their stay. The same applies if they choose to stay overnight at a school.

 You can choose between different types. 

A-card: School accommodation

The card includes

  • Eight nights from Saturday to Sunday
  • Food: Breakfast at school – lunch and dinner in Ekeberg Sports Hall (first meal: dinner Saturday 25 July)
  • Free transportation with Ruter (bus, subway, tram and island boats) within Oslo's borders all week
  • Free admission to various museums in Oslo 
  • Free access to all sponsor activities on the NC site at Ekeberg
  • Discount on several activities in and outside Oslo
  • T-shirt

Price A-card

  • 3500 NOK per person
  • Extra night at school: 550 NOK per person

Ordering and canceling A-cards

  • Changes after June 1, subject to availability
  • The order deadline for A-cards is May 15th.
  • Orders and changes after May 15th will incur a fee of 250 NOK per card.
  • If you cancel your A-card after May 15th, a fee of 1000 NOK will be charged. 
  • After June 1st, there are no refunds on A-cards.
H-card: Hotel accommodation (7 nights)

Included in H-card 

  • Seven nights from Saturday to Saturday
  • Food: Breakfast at hotel – lunch and dinner at Ekeberg Sports Hall (first meal: dinner on Saturday, July 25)
  • Free transportation with Ruter (bus, subway, tram and island boats) within Oslo's borders all week
  • Free entry to several museums in Oslo
  • T-shirt
  • Free access to all sponsor activities on the NC site at Ekeberg
  • Discount on several activities in and outside Oslo

Ordering and cancelling H-cards

If you wish to book hotel accommodation and rooms through us, this must be done via the registration page. There you can choose which hotel you wish to stay at, as well as which room type you require.

  • When booking a hotel card, a deposit of 500 NOK per card is payable immediately and no later than within 10 days. In the event of cancellations, the deposit is not refunded.
  • If cancelled from May 15 to June 1, 50% of the booking will be charged.
  • If cancelled after June 1st, there is no refund.
  • Room changes after May 15th are permitted if we have available rooms.
  • When ordering a hotel card, a deposit of 500 NOK per card is paid immediately and no later than within 10 days. In the event of cancellations, the deposit is not refunded.
