Norway Cup is pleased to announce that the tournament has extended its collaboration with Hennig-Olsen. The new agreement ensures the continuation of a long-standing and valuable partnership during the world's largest football tournament for children and youth.
In light of the new regulations governing the marketing of certain foods to children, the parties have made the necessary adjustments to ensure that the collaboration is carried out in line with current regulations – while safeguarding the experience for participants and the audience.
Hennig-Olsen has been an important supporter of Norway Cup over time and contributed to good summer memories for participants, leaders and the public. The extension of the agreement confirms a shared desire to further develop the collaboration and create safe and positive experiences for thousands of children and young people.
– Hennig-Olsen is a partner that means a lot to Norway Cup. For many, ice cream is a natural part of the tournament experience, and we are very happy to have them continue in a form that is well adapted to the new regulations, says Tone Lien, CEO of Norway Cup.
Hennig-Olsen is also very enthusiastic about the extension.
– Norway Cup represents the joy of sports, community and good summer memories – values that fit perfectly with us. We look forward to continuing the collaboration within the new framework, says Morten Kristensen, Sales Director at Hennig-Olsen.
The new agreement is valid until 2028 and involves continued presence and areas of activity during the tournament, adapted to current rules.
