During the Norway Cup, many clubs will set up their own club tents in the tent area. To ensure good flow, safety and a tidy area, we ask all clubs to follow the guidelines below.
Tent placement
- Tents must be set up within the designated area.
- Walkways and access roads must be kept open at all times.
Sponsors and profiling
Norway Cup has its own partners and sponsors. We therefore ask that tents, banners or other material with profiles/logos that conflict with Norway Cup's sponsors are not used in the tent area. There is no opportunity for political messages on or in connection with the tent.
If in doubt, please contact the arena/operations department.
Safety and assembly
- All tents must be properly secured and assembled.
- Tents must be guyed and/or weighted down in a safe manner.
- The club is responsible for ensuring that the tent can withstand the elements.
Norway Cup reserves the right to request changes or removal of tents that:
- is outside the designated area
- is not properly secured
- violates sponsorship or profiling regulations
