Important deadlines!Tomorrow, June 1st, is the registration deadline for this year's tournament. Several of the classes are already full, and there are teams on the waiting list. If your team is on the waiting list, you are dependent on other teams withdrawing in order to secure a spot due to field capacity. Important dates: June 1st: Registration deadline. June 1st: Deadline for ordering A-cards. Ordering A-cards after June 1st will incur a fee of 200 NOK. Cancellation of A-cards after June 1st will incur a fee of 500 NOK. June 1st: Deadline for ordering B-cards. June 1st: Ordering of mattresses, sleeping bags, and duvets (duvet covers not included). After the deadline, these can be purchased at the secretariat at Ekebergsletta. The secretariat opens at 4:00 PM on Friday, July 28th. July 1st: Deadline for submitting team lists on Cupmanager. June 15th: Deadline for submitting a name list for participants staying at the hotel. June 15th: Deadline for reporting allergies for catering. Inquiries should be sent to bespisning@bsknc.no. Allergies such as lactose and gluten intolerance are taken into account, and there is no need to report these requirements. Other allergies such as nuts and onions are also taken into account in all meals served in Ekeberghallen. Only specific allergies and needs should be reported.
