For the first time in Norway Cup history, 800 fotball fans were invited to a hot dog and bun party in Oslo City Hall. Mayor Marianne Borgens welcoming speech drew parallels to the City Hall as a venue for the Nobel Peace Prize and Ekebergsletta/Norway Cup as an arena for friendship and fairness. Norway Cup offers a unique chance to create friendships that can last a lifetime. Furthermore, Norway Cup is also important for Oslo as a host city, which can offer several different and unique attractions to visitors from near and far.
Guests filled their bellies with hot dogs, buns and soda before being entertained by dance performances (by Palestinian girl and boy groups) as well as a thrilling performance by Norway’s most famous illusionist Alexx Alexxander.
