Here are answers to some questions leaders, coaches and players usually ask us.

When is the deadline for registration and payment?
The deadline for registration and payment of registration fee is 15 April.
Payment Deadline for A, D, H card, transportation, bed and sleeping bags is May 15.

When we get confirmation that we have registered?
In late April, we send out confirmations.

Which identity documents satisfies inspection in Norway Cup?
All Norway Cup players have the control to produce proof of age by showing satisfactory photo identification.
The following identity documents are considered to satisfy the required inspection in Norway Cup:
o Post’s ID card – new type in credit card format
o Valid passport or other approved travel document
o asylum seeker ID card
o EU short
o Credit card (Norwegian)
o Driving license – original and duplicate
o Police ID card
o Post’s ID card old type issued after 1 October 1994

How many players can bring?
Max. 24 players and 4 leaders can have on the team roster. We prefer that team rosters are delivered in good time before the start of the tournament in the online solution.

What is the difference between A, D and H cards?
In A card given 3 meals a day, accommodation in school (8 days, Sat-Sun), free transportation with Ruter, Norway Cup t-shirt for each player, lagfoto diploma to each player, free admission to several museums, miniature golf , opening show and public outdoor bath.

H card contains the same as the A-Card, but with accommodation in hotels (7 days, Sat-Sat). Breakfast is served at the hotel, the other meals in Ekeberg Sports.

D cards contain the same rights as the A card, apart from accommodation and dining.

Family and friends can benefit from participating card offer?
All families and friends who want to come to Norway Cup will have the same offer as players.

When one gets to know which school you are staying in?
In mid-June we have a last dispatch. We send out tournament information, schedules, and the school team will be staying. It will also be posted on-line.

When we play the finals?
The finals are played on Friday and Saturday at Ekeberg. The preliminary matches are played Sunday – Tuesday on sports fields: Ekeberg, Abildsø, Rustad and Furuset daily between. 08.00 (Sun 09.00) – 20:30. Playoff Matches are played on the same courts from Wednesday.

Do you need transportation?
Norway Cup wants to facilitate the best possible way for their guests. In this connection puts tournament up transportation from the bus, train and airport. This is done so that the tournament’s guests can get to their respective accommodation sites.
