Are you tired from all the soccer-playing and tacticts? If so; Fun Park is the perfect thing for you! The park includes everything from trampolines and skatebording, to snowboarding on plastic, and a climbing park.

The Fun Park is something new this year, and can be found between the food hall (Ekeberghallen) and the main road across the field. In cooperation with Høyt&Lavt-klatrepark, the climbing park was constructed. The Burton Riglet park is the area where the snowboarding on plastic is placed. The skateboarding that can be found in the Fun Park is delivered by Betongpark, but it`s not constructed exclusivley because of Norway Cup, but rather as a permanent place where kids from the local area can meet and have fun. A perfect spot, considering Norway Cup is happening right now! North Trampoline have delivered the trampolines in the park and the three/four trampolines that is situated in the area is open for everyone to try out.
Hope and Robin; two of the people working at Norway Cup are really enjoying the park and all the nice people!
– We are meeting so many nice and kind people! The arrangement itself is purely genius. This park is the perfect place for both kids and youths, where they can relax and have a nice time. It must be especially wonderful for the soccer-teams who are in need of some time off. At least we are grateful, Hope and Robin tells.
Evey single day the park has a lot of visitors, mostly big groups of kids.
– It`s obviously a very popular place. It opens at noon and doesn`t close until 6 p.m., so there`s plenty of time to pay a visit. You can even be here more than once a day! Another great thing is that it`s open to everyone, and we recommend it to the ones between the age of two, and 18, they add.
Ingmar (14) is having a great time at the skateboarding area.
– For several years I have been doing BMX and skateboarding. I actually sent a request to get a skateboard area here on the field, so it`s very cool that my suggestion came through, Ingmar says proudly.
The 14-year old is living nearby and he and his friends are here often to skate and socialize.
One of the new activities, is the Burton Riglet park where snowboarding in the summer is on the agenda. We met one of the people snowboarding here: Martin.
– I like Fun Park a lot, but some of it is slightly difficult. I have tried snowboarding, but my favorite thing to do is jumping on the trampolines.
Martin explains that the Fun Park is a perfect sollution to recover, after playing football with his Norwegian team Nordstrand.
